Refund policy

Orders can be canceled via dispute submission before shipment. After shipment, refunds or replacements are available for issues such as product quality defects, damage, or wrong items shipped—no return required. However, if dissatisfaction arises from personal reasons (e.g., wrong size selection, change of mind), only return-and-refund is supported, and you'll need to cover the associated shipping costs. Return products within 30 days after receiving products.
